Diane Andrews grew up in Phoenix Arizona. She became a Christian through the ministry of Young Life.

During her college years, she helped lead a local Young Life Club with her husband Mike Andrews, who is a graduate of Denver Seminary and currently the Senior Pastor of Belleview Community Church. They have two children, ages twenty three and eighteen, and have been married for twenty-seven years. Diane has a passion in helping women to connect with Christ, connect with other women, heal, dream, and celebrate. She has taught many dynamic Bible Studies for women in her neighborhood and at her local church. Diane lead her Women's Ministry Team for ten years at Belleview Community Church. She is the Founder and Director of R&R Retreats. She also helps in the leadership of the Denver Women's Leadership Forum. Diane's passion and love is speaking for women's events and for Church weekend retreats. As Diane speaks her passion for Christ and her open heart will help other women to be more vulnerable, real, and transparent. Diane is also willing to help with Women's Ministry Team development and in helping you dream for the future of your women.
