About R & R Retreats
We live in a culture that seems to be moving at an ever-increasing pace and demands on women can be intense . In some cases women are expected to be wives, parents, managers of the household, and businesswomen all at the same time. Because of this it is clear that women today need to take time to retreat in Rest physically and Renew their relationships with Christ.
While there seems to be an abundance of larger womens retreats and conferences, the need exists for a more focused intimate setting. R & R Retreats will be limited to thirty women at time. At a smaller retreat women may be able to be vulnerable and share their hearts. In this setting women will be able to connect with other women who share similar circumstances. Our hope is that this small group setting will help women connect with Christ,connect with other women, heal, dream, and celebrate.
Our retreats focus on a variety of needs and issues. Some of our retreats include: An Evangelistic Retreat, Healing from Losses,Prayer and Spiritual Renewal, A Retreat for Mothers who Home School, Peace at a Difficult Time, A Retreat for Pastors' Wives, etc. Women (Journey Women) who have experience and expertise with the issue the retreat focuses on will help to facilitate these retreats.We eagerly anticipate what God has in store for R & R Ministries and we are certain that it is beyond what we could ever imagine.
